Job Purpose

To manage and optimize e-commerce operations, ensuring seamless online customer experience, efficient order processing, and alignment with digital sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Platform Management: Oversee daily operations of e-commerce platforms including product listings, pricing, and inventory updates.
  • Order Fulfillment Coordination: Ensure timely and accurate processing of online orders, returns, and exchanges in coordination with logistics and warehouse teams.
  • Customer Service Support: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback related to online purchases, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze e-commerce sales data, conversion rates, and customer behavior to identify trends and improvement areas.
  • Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensure all e-commerce activities comply with company policies, data protection regulations, and payment security standards.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular reports on e-commerce KPIs, campaign performance, and customer feedback for management review.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Business Administration)

Experience

  • Minimum four years of experience in e-commerce operations.
